Hi just thought I'd add my two cents. I'm middle aged married and my spouse and I have a great sex life. Personally I love masturbation and do it several times a week. I've found it to be healthy and fun whether by myself or with my mate. The question for a person to ask themselves is: why do I masturbate? If a person is using it to avoid intimacy with their loved ones or to avoid dealing with other issues then I would say they are using it for the wrong reasons. Thanks for the listen

As children we are taught that touching our private's is naughty, or it will fall off, or we will go blind etc. etc. So when we do masturbate for the first time we are guilt ridden and develop an unhealthy attitude towards masturbation, which carries over into our adult lives. Some even go so far as to secretly masturbate, hoping their partner will not "catch" them at it.

Isn't it incredible that, one of God's most beautiful gifts, masturbation, is held in such contempt, by those who wear their religion on their arm. No one has ever become pregnant, impregnated someone, become diseased, or been physically harmed because of the act. I'd like to meet the person who has passed puberty without ever doing it. God Bless You . You've got the courage of your convictions. I have felt this way for decades but it is only recently that I've felt strong enough to express my innermost thoughts and feelings. As you may well know I am Roman Catholic. The Church's position is contrary to mine, but that's ok. I know how I feel. Keep up the good work. I'll write more on the subject later.

Masturbation is simply a means of relieving the body of over production of body fluids. It should have no more significance than the removal of other body fluids, it just feels better that's all. If masturbation is truly a sin, than every one who ever lived is going to hell.
